Our Mission:
- To grow the Charlotte Lindy Hop scene through quality instruction and dance events at affordable prices in a fun, non-threatening environment
- To cultivate a sense of community through dance and non-dance social events
- To propagate a love for America’s own dance, the Lindy Hop, through education and special events.
Lovin’ Lindy was formed in June 2005 to help foster growth in the Charlotte swing dancing scene. We began offering lessons for the community in 2007. We offer group and private instruction in the Lindy Hop, the original form of swing dancing. We also host weekly and monthly dances, as well as special events.
