What is the Lindy Hop?
You've heard of the Lindy Hop but don't really know what it is. Short answer: Lindy Hop is the original form of swing dancing and evolved in the 1920s through 1940s. It is a mix of 6-count (East Coast Swing) and 8-count footwork patterns, is high-energy, and is a lot of fun. Visit the features to the right for more detailed information.
